Custom fitted garments
Although our standard sized garments are designed to fit most patients, we realize some require a custom fit. Most special orders can be shipped in 24 hours. There is a small additional fee for custom fitted garments. Please include all measurements when ordering.
Caring for your compressive shapewear
Our garments are made of the finest, most durable materials available. We use LYCRA®️/Nylon, Nylon/LYCRA®️, and Cotton/LYCRA®️ fabric blends. In addition, our products are LATEX-free. They are completely machine washable in cold water on the delicate cycle.
Please use a mild detergent and do not bleach. They may be tumble dried on a low setting or line dried. For best results, do not dry clean.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a Taylor and Taylor Creations, LLC Compressive Shapewear garment, please call us so we can arrange a quick refund, exchange or repair.
Returns or exchanges
Please send your unworn, packaged garment to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or FED EX
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We can only accept returns that are made within 30 days of original order date.
Shipping information
We use Fed Ex ground/USPS service to ship our products. Upon request, we can ship via expedited service or alternative carriers. International delivery costs may vary and customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and additional freight charges.
How to order:
Ordering from Taylor and Taylor Creations, Inc. is simple. We are proud of our quick and efficient product delivery status. We know some surgeries are scheduled with little lead time and require quality, custom fitted garments fast. When necessary, we can ship within 24 hours.
Large, bulk orders will need more time.
Our Customer Service Department hours are from 9:30am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday Eastern Standard Time.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, or you may send a check or money order, in U.S. funds, made payable to Taylor and Taylor Creations, LLC enclosed with your order. (Checks must have your name pre-printed on them. Returned checks will be subject to a service charge for the greater of $25 or the maximum amount allowed by state law.)
